The french fries are madeup of quality potatoes choosen from a large variety of different potatoes. The blanching of fries is done properly to ensure best taste and then the fries are brought down to a temperature to ensure proper crisp and tenderness in them.
Once selected, the potatoes undergo a meticulous blanching process. This crucial step involves partially cooking the fries in hot water or oil, which not only helps to remove excess starch but also sets the stage for the perfect texture and taste. The blanching is done with utmost attention to detail, ensuring that each fry reaches just the right level of doneness.
